Mineral Bottom Switchbacks

I am wondering if it is possible to go down and back up the switchbacks leading into Mineral Bottom with an awd car? I have a Rav 4 with all wheel drive that I have been thinking about using for shuttling vehicles. I just don't want to get to the bottom and have trouble getting back out. Thanks for your help!
 
I drove my Subaru Outback down to Mineral Bottom once, I don't know how the road is now.

You just don't want to be in there during a heavy rain... (They really were missing.)
