Hey everyone. I’m headed to the Grand Gulch area in mid October and want to do a loop walk (4-5 days?) that isn’t Grand Gulch proper, Fish or Owl…you know, the ones that get all the press. I’m looking for some solitude and am hopeful that some of you will have the beta and the ideas I need. I am thinking of linking lower/middle Road Canyon, starting at the end of Cigarette Spring Rd, going down Road, and then crossing over to the W into upper Lime Canyon, and returning to the TH. It’s only 23 miles, but looks like a lot of options for exploring. Anyone done this or know any reason why it might not be doable? We are good at sniffing out routes in and out of canyons and have looked it over pretty well on Gaia, but would love to hear from someone who’s been there, OR, if you have another suggestion for a good loop or lollipop. Thanks!!
