Hi all,
After a couple years of lurking and swiping adventure ideas, I'm pretty pumped to finally start posting my own trip reports! I've lived in southern Utah for the past 7 years -- my husband, dog, and I spend almost every weekend running around in the desert. I've been writing and photographing for an outdoor travel blog for about 3 years (RedRockRangers,) but backcountrypost seems like a great space to connect with other desert rats. Hiking is definitely my jam (I finished a 500-mile section hike on the PCT last summer,) but you'll also find me shredding on a mountain bike and paddling on the rivers. Can't wait to start the conversation!
