Kolob Canyons (Zion NP) still closed for road construction

Looks like road construction is behind schedule, so Kolob Canyons entrance (Taylor Creek, Lee Pass, etc) is still closed. Original opening estimate was Nov; now it's early 2019. Will update as I hear more. Park update page

it will probably somewhere in Spring, maybe later.
The contractor is way behind schedule and they have to redo some of the road resurfacing again next year.
We were supposed to work in that part of the park in late fall but now everything is halted.
