We hiked Jenny's Canyon in Snow Canyon this weekend. It was super short, so it is hardly worth a trip but I'd recommend anyone going through Snow Canyon check it out.

Trailhead: 37° 11.292'N 113° 38.663'W
Length: 0.25 round trip
The hike is near the South Entrance of Snow Canyon. It is super short and very family friendly.
