Hello (again!)

I introduced myself on this forum probably... 3 years ago? But my activity on the site has been lackluster at best, so I'm going to reintroduce myself. So hello again! My name is Jess. I usually go out hiking/backpacking with @Jackson , who's a much better and more active member of this community than me. Between a full-time job, as well as practicing and teaching yoga, I don't get out nearly as much as I'd like to. However, if you're in the Salt Lake area and need a few companions on your trip, Jackson and I would be happy to oblige. I'm really excited to get back into the swing of things on here! This past summer, we went with some friends up to the Wind River range, and even though we got eaten alive by mosquitos, it was one of my favorite trips to date. As my humble contribution of making my way back into the site, see a picture from that trip below. Thanks for humoring me and I hope to connect more with you all soon!

If I remember it correctly, you were with @Jackson when a clever Raven stole your bagel in The Needles :cool:
That report has helped many of us avoid the same situation! A week ago a in The Needles I put my pack down for a minute and a raven quickly showed up... but thanks to Jackson I knew not to go too far away from it.

Haha! I was there for that... Our families never let us live that story down :lol: I'm glad that it's been helpful to others though! We've been careful to not make the same mistake twice. Such clever creatures, those ravens!
