I have the same thermarest pad I've used since 2010.

I've had good luck with NeoAir durability (tend to get at least 5,000 miles out of them), but I have a buddy who drinks WAY too much pop and blows up his pad by mouth. He has issues with his baffles delaminating probably once per year :) Acid breath is real, perhaps?

I'll join the chorus in singing praises to the thermarest neoair pads. I can't believe how long my xlite has lasted. Probably my single favorite piece of backpacking gear

Exped is pretty good with warranty service or repairs. I had a megamat UL that developed a slow leak, it was out of warranty but I contacted exped to repair it thinking I would pay their fee. They had me send the mat and they patched it for free finding the leak in their water tank. It took a few weeks for them to get it back to me. I sent it in the winter since I knew I wouldn't be using it during that time of year.

You can contact them via email at service 'at' exped.com and they set you up with a service ticket.
