Chesler Park to Lost Canyon?

Has anyone on here ever made a long loop to include both Chesler Park and Lost Canyon in the Needles District of Canyonlands? I'm wondering about the feasibility of a multi-night backpack of this route the weekend following Thanksgiving into the next week... probably two to three nights. I would like to do a Salt Creek point-to-point but will be solo.
