Cougar Creek to Exshaw Creek via the South Ghost is all that I can think of in the immediate area. Haven't done that loop, but have walked a ways up both valleys on day trips in the distant past. Rough and stony is what I recall, but the upper reaches and traverse between the two valleys looks interesting in this report I found on the web: https://a8f96418b1.nxcli.net/canmore-exshaw-off-trail-mountain-backpacking-route/
Combining one of those valleys with the Lake Minnewanka shoreline trail in Banff NP could be another option BUT, Minnewanka is restricted to groups of 4 or more until mid-September due to wildlife concerns (bears feeding on berries).
