Umm... Oops! Looks like I never added my pix. I've whittled it down from about a 2000 to under 50. Sorry if that's a lot 
Heading out, with no place to go:
Scored an amazing camp site by a little waterfall. The waterfall was just a wet spot on the rock:
Nikita not too impressed with the waterfall:
And then the rain decided that our waterfall should be more majestic:
On the edge of the cliff, after hiking up the scree pile at Lower Bowns Canyon:

Nice little waterfall. I hadn't taken my tripod this time, and it was full sun anyway... I cam back here the next day, when it was more overcast, and had a tripod then... More below.

We went up canyon just a bit further to a 2nd, smaller cave:

I headed up the pile of scree again, this time with Melissa, to the waterfall at the bottom of Bowns Canyon. Looking down at Nick and Audra, fishing off the boat:

I had photographed this plant the day before, because I loved the way it hung from the underside of a ledge by the waterfall. I took maybe a 100 pictures of it the previous day. This time, Melissa calls out that I should come take a look, and sure enough, there were birds in a nest in that very plant. I was convinced they had built the nest overnight, but looking back, my shots from the day before all had the nest and birds in it, but they were all out of focus. I had just not seen it. Crazy. And I call myself a photographer!
