Its been a bit. A look down from Molar Pass

Thunder Mountain and the Bluewater Glacier, last week near Campbell Icefield, B.C. After two winters of lean snowfall combined with hot summers, all those crevasses did not make skiing the glacier appealing at all.

A couple from an urban ski tour this morning in a local natural area park, after a blast of winter dropped 20 cm's of snow.

A couple photos taken today inside the barn on the farm where I grew up.

Went for a drive this afternoon, puttering along some of the same roads I've driven over and over probably hundreds of times over the years of living here.

Corn crib at a farm where some people I went to school with lived for a while. The place is slowly falling back into the earth these days.

This is just a tree on a hill, but I like it.

A couple from last week, featuring interesting surface cracks and drainage channels created by some rain (first time in our 23 years up there!) and warm temps overnight, forming a crust that was still skiable to varying degrees.
