Album Arches & Natural Bridges

From an Arches guidebook:

Mexican Food Bus Arch (reminiscent of Jeep Arch): Near Moab in Arches. Take the park road and stay left. Stop at Fiery Furnace. Drop down and go around the first fin, then work your way among other fins to the northwest and follow your nose (what else could you follow?).

You will eventually come (maybe) to a life-sized arch that looks like the Mexican Food Bus in Dillon, Montana, complete with nearby sandstone toadstool benches with sandstone burritos on them. (Probably some strange kind of fossil, but we couldn't get Kirkland, the State Paleontologist, to come look at them. He thought we would get him lost. What a slacker.)

A good place to stop and ponder the miracles of Nature. We found this by accident while looking for Surprise Arch and the Park let us name it, since we found it first. Not on any maps, and if you get lost, not our problem. We've only been there once, so don't ask for more details. Stay off the crypto. A great place to have lunch!

:dance::dance: Great @Rockskipper !!!!!! You always make me smile.

Nice. Before there was a marked trail to this arch, I was trying to find my way to some petroglyphs and accidentally came across it. I didn't even know it's name until I got home and looked it up. That's my favorite way to find things :)

It's a little gem, surprisingly nice for not being well known.
