Any botanist among us?

Ran across an unidentified (by me) corral root last week.

Blossoms look like Corallorrhiza maculata (spotted corral-root), form more resembles Corallorrhiza striata (striped coral-root), color not anything like either.

I'd roll with maculata var. occidentalis
