My wife had a Sony A77 mirrorless. It was the worst camera we ever owned. The viewfinder was almost unusable in brighter light - white Sky, dark rest of the picture. It took Sony 7 month (!) to try to fix the problem. They didn't make it. At least with the help of justic we gave the camera back. Never had such a trouble before.
If you check such a model, don't do it within a store. Bring it outside on a sunny day and look what you get in the viewfinder.
Now my wife uses a Nikon D 7100. This camera is equipped with an conventional optical viewfinder. She likes it.
