2020 Road Conditions Southern Utah (& Arizona Strip )

End of last year @regehr started a thread about the 2019 road conditions in southern Utah and that was super helpful during our trip!
Let's get one going for 2020 and maybe include the Arizona strip. Right now there's a dry and sunny stretch of weather in southern Utah.

Can anyone provide an update about recent road conditions for House Rock Valley Road? Other areas?

I was just out on the north side of the Paria along the AZ strip. The areas of deep, soft sand were definitely more firm from the cold and moisture they've received. Still soft enough to get stuck if you weren't careful or in the right vehicle though. There was still a fair amount of patchy snow from the big storm from a month or two ago.
