Don't be sorry its was hilarious and definitely worth seeing people get all worked up about it :). Watching Mesa Arch light up is pretty amazing that alone is worth witnessing at least once regardless of the crowds. People who write it off as being a cookie cutter shot really are missing out.

Our paths must of crossed at some point during this weekend. We hiked Brimstone on the afternoon of the 19th and my car was parked at the Davis TH for most of the day on the 20th before we drove south to Harris Wash.

For this time of year I would say 3pm and beyond. Peek a boo and spooky are really REALLY short slots, pretty sure my 6 year old did the loop in a little over an hour a few weeks ago.

Not too far as it got pretty tight pretty quick. Also, the light was pretty killer where I was so before it got tight I spent a lot of time shooting while my wife went ahead.

Day Hike. We started at the head of Davis Gulch, hiked up to the old cattle trail and followed it south, down the south fork of Llewellyn, up the exit, cross country to the HITRR, and then road walked back to our car at Davis. It took about 5 hours to complete the route with one short break.
