I've always seen bull moose while floating on the whatever-it's-called-fork of the Henry river to Mack's Inn Resort in Island Park. We rented a raft two years ago, and canoes this year, and the trip is spectacular. About 1 hr or 1.5 hr of floating. There is fishing, moose, swimming, and just...

That was a response to me, right? I tried PowerBait when I was up there, but I'm sure I wasn't doing things right with getting it to float or getting it to the (almost) bottom. Now I'm better prepared, but just need to find time to make it up there again. Salmon-egg flavored PowerBait FTW!

Tibble Fork Reservoir, or hike up to Silver Lake (above the Silver Lake Reservoir). Both are nice places there in American Fork Canyon, although you'll have Silver Lake more to yourself.
