just did this a few weeks ago there is so much to see, I love seeing the places you camped at, we plan on doing it again next year and seeing things we missed this time around

awesome! I've never been but with my boys it sounds like a lot of fun, love seeing trip reports with kids!

I also like the shorter trip reports because as a mom I can't get away for more than 2-3 nights and only a few times a year, also because I'm in no way a photographer I haven't posted a trip in forever but i do go all the time with my kids too!

we took our 10 year old down for our first time in august and had a great time, we just hiked in early in the morning and we hiked out in the middle of the night to avoid the heat, and yeah way less people below mooney falls!

If you haven't been to calf creek falls, I love it! very easy to follow trail, couple miles each way, right off highway 12 on the way to the hole in the rock road
