If he wasn't dehydrated before the hike down to the river, he certainly would after. Standing in colonnade arch looking to the river is a long ways. Not even sure how you would get down.

Does anyone know of a list of BLM campgrounds for the state? Moab has good information on the BLM site, but I can't seem to find anything like that for the other offices.
