Jan 17-19 > Solo at Powell > 2 Nights
March 5-8 > Trachyte Creek > 3 Nights
March 21-24 > Glen Canyon > 3 Nights
Apr 30 - May 3 > Glen Canyon: Escalante > 3 Nights
May 14-18 > Glen Canyon: Crystal Springs/North Lake > 4 Nights

Just got back from 5 days in Glen Canyon. Crazy cool flooding mixed with beautiful weather. Even had a nice 300-footer that came down about 50 yards from our tent two nights in a row. Judging by the bathtub ring, I'd bet this one was only 80 feet or so, but it was dropping in about 200 feet of water. Imagine what that would have looked like without the reservoir to break it's fall!

Wild, Bob. Wild! You need a house construction thread. *Very* high tech construction. No foundation, just a slab. All that foam for ground insulation. Good thinking. I'll be there in a couple of weeks for my inspection. :moses:

You posting these from your tent or you driving back and forth to Ogden?

Spent the last few days backpacking in GSENM. Another great experience watching waterfalls form all around me, this time while walking through it and from the protection of alcoves. Good stuff.
