It is good to be considered a "noob" at something, instead of just another bald, fat man that has spent too much time outside.

Hello everyone. Looking forward to gleaning some great information from the forums. I am a southwest desert rat that has been living in British Columbia for the last 3 years. Always up for new adventures and explorations and going back to the many places that I love.

Welcome to BCP! Glad you found us! Your photostream is excellent! Those Mount Baker shots look particularly interesting. Would love to hear more about that.

Hello Nick! Thanks for the kind words. Those were taken during a quick jaunt up the Ptarmigan Ridge trail which leaves from the Artist's Point parking lot. I will be happy to detail it out once I navigate through the forums. One of the advantages of Mt. Baker is that it offers a number of really nice day hiking spots that can make a great extended weekend trip.
