Where are dogs NOT allowed?

Hey all, just starting to explore the northern half of Utah (we live way south) and I know dogs aren't allowed in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, but is there anywhere else up there where they aren't allowed? We're familiar with state and national park regulations, but national forests seem pretty open.

I don't want to plan a specific trip only to find out after a 6-hour drive that pup can't come, and have to change our plans last minute.

National Forest and BLM tend to be wide open - leashes required in established campgrounds, other than that, pretty open.
