Uinta Highline Trail shuttle options?

Hi All,

I am planning to do the 100 mile option of the Uinta Highline Trail in late August, potentially starting August 24th. As we all know, the shuttling situation is tough for this trail and I am looking for options.

Are there any current shuttle options through companies? Obviously if there are they might be affected by Covid, but I'm having a hard time finding any that still exist.

I believe Wilkins Bus Line is no longer in business and the phone number at Mountain Trails Transport is not connected...

I'd appreciate any ideas on other places to look, but would also be interested in doing a car swap/shuttle with someone if they happen to be interested in starting the trail around that time and are willing to start on the western end.

Thanks for any thoughts on this.
Sam

There was a whole thread on this here somewhere before. Years old now but may have some companies/options still in business.

There's a new shuttle service at www.uhtshuttle.com. Looks like it starts at $300.
Know anything about this company? I'm a little skeptical of the obvious stock photography and the vague references to"trailhead" and "terminus".

Edit: New user, first post on a year-old thread, promoting a service. Simultaneously, the service submits a self-promotional post on my site's UHT shuttle page. Methinks there's an undisclosed conflict of interest here.

haha You're spot on! Our attempts to coyly get the word out didn't go undetected! Hopefully, we didn't inadvertently violate any of the site guidelines. If so, let us know and we're happy to edit or delete! We were just trying to get the word out in a non-spammy way.

This is our first year in operation. After a couple of years of struggling to find shuttle solutions for ourselves, we decided to pull the trigger and start our own. Let us know if you have any questions and thanks for your blog article on the trail. It's hard to find good UHT info!
