Status of Traffic - Hole in the rock road - Escalante - September?

I'm considering where I want to spend the last 12 days of September and was wondering If anyone can comment on the amount of people who are accessing the Canyons off of Hole in the rock Road? I want to get out to Egypt and maybe finally hike to reflection. I'm hoping it may be fairly light this year but I'm seeing reports that the near by National Parks are becoming flooded with people again. Any advice or suggestions about this specific spot or thoughts on other areas in Utah that may still be quite?

I don't know specifically about Hole in the Rock, but the trend with the pandemic and people spending time outdoors over their usual vacations has been that outdoor places are a LOT busier than normal. I would expect nothing different from the Escalante area.

It sounds as if that is the case. I'll just stick to the less traveled routes, like always.
