FYI - Goblin Valley has HOT showers!!!!

Sure, but when its 5° out I have no shame in spending the night around a nice fire and sleeping in a heated yurt.

A friend and I stayed in Yurt #1 during the week after Xmas. It was very nice - #1 is definately the way to go - a little bit secluded, about 30-40 yards off the road, tucked into a grouping of Goblins. It was nice to have somewhere to go at night - cranked up the firepit outside until about midnight, then tucked in in a nice warm bed.

Only problem we had was the propane heater - for some reason it ran great all during the day, but would shut off during the night - and be a real bitch to get back on again. I think that the regulator was getting overally cold or something. I let the Ranger know - but I'd ask about it when/if you make a reservation.
