Access to Grand Gulch via Water Canyon

Hi again everyone. If you would so kind as to assist me with the following endeavor. I would like to see the Big Panel or as Kelsey calls it the Red, White , and Blue Panel located just up Grand Gulch from where Water Canyon connects to Grand Gulch. I would like to hike down one of the four forks of Water Canyon to Grand Gulch. I have not yet found any information if it is possible to enter Grand Gulch Via Water Canyon.

If anyone has done such a hike or have any info on such a hike please reply...I sure would appreciate it.
