Hi all,
4 friends of mine and I are planning a 6 day-er to Glacier Nat. Park Aug 6-14. We're planning to do the Kintla Lake to Bowman Lake loop (or vise versa if necessary). We have extra days planned in on either side for travel to/from the park and getting permits. We're going to be renting a car to drop at our exit point but need to find transportation from our exit (car) to our starting trail head. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, a few of us are planning on fishing, is there any bait you could recommend for some awesome alpine lake trout? Also, any advice on securing our back country camping permits would be awesome. (I've already been denied our advanced reservation).
