This preserved area has a couple of trails that lead to some coves on the northwestern side of the Lubec area. This is one of the Cobscook Trails areas.

This whole area is beautiful! And away from the crowds at Acadia NP. So many options for exploring.
 
Neat seeing the stones of the trail at low tide, someone put some thought into that trail
