Owl / McCloyd instead of Fish / Owl?

I had planned on doing the Fish / Owl loop this spring, but looking at the map it might be more interesting to make a loop out of Owl and McCloyd canyons. Has anyone done this? I'm having trouble finding info about a top-to-bottom walk of McCloyd. Tassoni has got nothing. Kelsey shows various bypasses for the dryfalls and seems to indicate that it's possible, but then again that's Kelsey. Does anyone know how sketchy his "skinny ledge" in lower McCloyd is?

If you havent been to Moonhouse Id do that route..... Moonhouse requires a permit
Havent heard of needing to rap in fish/owl, but I havent done the entire loop.

ya, have definitely been to Moonhouse using the standard route, and then explored up and down McCloyd a bit, but not all that far.
