Just saying high. Been backpacking with my boys (15 and 9) for 3 years now in the Uinta's.. Just barely found this site. Also enjoy Canyoneering in Southern Utah (can't get there as often as I'd prefer).
We usually do one to three trips each summer for last few years. We've done:
Hessie Lake Trail (First trip in over 20 years, wimped out going to Red Castle...
; but had some great fishing!),
Grand Daddy Basin, and then completed the Upper Red Castle Trip last summer.
Headed to Ryder and surrounding area, hopefully in a couple weeks, and looking for other ideas (maybe 50 miles) with my 15 year old in mid-August. Anyway, just saying "Hi".
