Set your stokeometer to high because we have a new giveaway this month on Backcountrypost!

We've partnered up with backcountry.com to give two lucky Backcountrypost members a free $100 eGift Certificate! All you need to do to enter is post a Trip Report or Trail Guide in the month of May 2013. Each Trip Report earns you one entry and each Trail Guide earns you two entries! See the rules below to learn more about what constitutes Trip Report or trail guide.

The two winners will be drawn randomly at the end of May and will get $100 each to spend on any gear they want from backcountry.com. So what are you waiting for? Get posting!

Official Rules:
All Backcountrypost.com members are eligible to participate. If you are not currently a Backcountrypost member, you may sign up for a free account here. Trip reports and trail guides must be posted between 12:01 AM May 1, 2013 and 11:59 PM May 31, 2013, Mountain Standard Time. Anyone who has won a Backcountrypost Monthly Giveaway during the 2 months prior to this contest is inelegible to win. The contestant(s) agree to allow their name and trip report content to be used to promote this and other Backcountrypost contests. Each trip report is worth 1 entry and each trail guide is worth 2 entries in the contest. Trip reports must consist of at least 1 paragraph and 5 photos or 1 video. Large trips may be broken out into multiple trip reports and therefore multiple entries. Backcountrypost reserves the right to combine trip reports that we have determined to be broken up unnecessarily for the purpose of gaining extra entries. For information on how to create a Trip Report, see the Quick Start Guide to Backcountrypost. Trip reports do not need to be of any particular quality so long as the minimum requirements for content are met. Trail Guides must adhere to a high editorial quality standard and provide all required information for the route described, including a KML file to populate the map with applicable data. For information on creating trail guides, see How to create Trail Guides. Two winners will be chosen, each will receive (1) one $100 Backcountry.com eGift Certificate. The winner will be drawn randomly on or around June 1, 2013. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification via email, the prize will be given to a runner up winner. Backcountrypost reserves the right to disqualify entries for any reason. Rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
