Jean Lake, Uintas, June 16-17

Made it over to Jean Lake via the Highline Trail this past weekend. Scooted in to Scudder Lake late Friday night and were at Jean by noon on Saturday. Wonderful mid-July, I mean mid-June, conditions. Had both lakes to ourselves, with the exception to one curious yet thankfully docile marmot who's den we camped a little too close to at Jean. I'd give the mosquitoes a 6 out of 10 on the insanity scale.

Nice little report and pics! It was pretty warm down lower so I'm guessing maybe low 30's back in there at night?!

Actually wasn't too bad. My best guess would've been mid-to-upper 30s. Although it was quite gusty Sunday morning up at Jean, which made it feel pretty frigid until we got moving.
