How is the dirt road to the East Fork of Blacks Fork TH?

Looks like around 26 miles of dirt road to get to the East Fork of Blacks Fork TH. Is most of this dirt road in good shape? Trying to decide if the close to 3 hour drive is worth it or just use the highline trailhead at Hayden Pass.

I drove all the way to the river/stream crossing on the West Fork Blacks Fork in a Camry (No, I didn't cross the water in my car!). I drove past the EFBF turnoff. Not sure what it's like to the trailhead from there, but I imagine my trusty Camry would have made it!
