The BLM has released a new draft Travel Management Plan and Environmental Assessment for the Henry Mountains/Fremont Gorge Area, encompassing 1.45 million acres. This includes the Dirty Devil and Robbers Roost areas. Public comments will be accepted through Oct 26th, 2024.

From the ePlanning site:

A public comment period on the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) is currently open from September 25, 2024 through October 26, 2024. Please submit your written comments on or before the closing date. Reference "HMG TMP" when submitting your comments. The BLM will review public input received and consider it in the development of the final EA. Comments will be accepted via the following methods:

ePlanning - Please click the green "Participate Now" button on the left-hand side of this webpage and complete the comment submission form.

Mail (USPS) - You may mail written comments to the following Address: Bureau of Land Management; HMFG TMP Public Comment Period; 150 E 900 N; Richfield, UT 84701

The most useful comments will be specific and contain new technical or scientific information relevant to the alternatives being considered. Comments which contain only opinions or preferences will not receive a formal response but may be considered in the BLM decision-making process. Please see the "Substantive Comment Guidance" document under the "Documents" tab on the left-hand side of this webpage for tips on submitting a substantive comment.

I found the ArcGIS interactive map easiest to compare the 4 travel alternatives, but there are also PDF maps. With the interactive map you can toggle each travel alternative on and off under Map Layers.
