Generally I'm a lurker, and love readings peoples trip reports. I finally decided it was time for me to introduce myself.

I'm a Montanan (born and raised), living in the Bitterroot Valley. Although I grew up in the Flathead. An avid fly fisher, and backpacker. I'm a slow mover backpacking between wanting to take pictures of everything and some disabilities courtesy of the US Army. I just recently planned and went on my first multi-day river trip and fell in love. Planning a few more for summer 2017, as it's much easier for me to do this then hike.

Lurking here has made me want to continue to travel and see so much more!

We did 6 days/5 nights on the Smith River this year. It was awesome!!! About a month later I did a 2 day/1 night on the North Fork of the Flathead.
