Greetings from NH. I am currently in the process of planning a trip to Utah for the end of May and beginning of June 2015. Currently our plan takes us to all of the National Parks over a two week period. My concern is that I live in an area that is only about 1200 feet above sea level. Our highest mountain is Mount Washington at just over 6200 feet. What can I do to prepare to hike (short ones) in the National Parks at such a high altitude? Any information is greatly appreciated.
