I have been familiar with backcountrypost thru my son. The "tree" thread was just too tempting so I finally joined up. I don't get out to the backcountry actually but I have day hiked practically everything that I can muster. I have been told that I should try to do "something" with my photography. We will see how involved I get on this site. Thanks for all the wonderful experiences shared here!
