Grandjean TH Sawtooths Idaho

Was wondering if anyone has any experience entering the Sawtooths thru the Grandjean Trail Head? Specifically is it okay to park there overnight for 4-5 days or do you need a permit to park? Is there adequate parking or does it consistently fill to capacity? Is there alternate parking nearby if full? We're arriving July 3rd, unfortunately we won't be there until about 2:00 pm ...kind of concerned about the holiday weekend and crowds. Can't seem to find any info on the internet.

I'm very familiar with the Redfish Lake side/entrance and trying to avoid it...any info provided for Grandjean would be greatly appreciated.
