We had Phil Douglass from DWR on the radio a few days ago. DWR has a pretty enlightened approach... they're saying the guy is fine to do what he's doing, they just worry about an actual goat charging him or an overzealous hunter "bagging" a goatman.

Haha! I saw this on the news the other day. I don't know what's funnier, that there's a guy running around in a goat suit, or that a guy running around in a goat suit made the news.
