Heading to Dinosaur National Monument with my 2 retired parents this summer on the way back from Park City to Colorado. We'd like to drive from Park City a few hours and stop and tour Fantasy Canyon and then stay the night in Vernal or Jensen before checking out Dinosaur, NM the next day.
We'll probably put them up in a Bed and Breakfast in Jensen or someplace decent and my wife and I were wondering if there was any place to pull up and car camp near the banks of the green river anywhere out there? We would just need one night.
Let me know if you have any ideas or can point me in the right direction.
