free backpacking permit, April 9th for Needles

Since I canceled my trip I have a permit for use in Canyolands, Needles District, April 9th. Campsite is EC3. Great location for Chesler Park and Druid Arch. I assume they are transferable. When applying I said there may be a second car and group with me. I can fax the permit, should be good. If I don't have any takers then I will call the rangers and tell them to put it back up for sale. No cost to whomever takes it. First post saying they want it, gets it.
