Posted this to FB yesterday, but in the latest issue of Backpacker Mag are Dan's photos from his trip through the Grand Canyon with John Harlin (author of the article), Rich Rudrow, Sonny Lawrence, Todd Martin, Tom Jones, Dale Diulus and 10 others.

I don't know if there are pyramids but for sure there are some interesting rocks

The area of the Grand Canyon near the confluence with the Little Colorado looks quite interesting ! I found these pictures in Google Earth (Grand Canyon GigaView #8 - Little Colorado Confluence)

Is is just a due to light and shadows or there is something on the stone ?
