That bear was reported at a Grassy Lake Road campsite, and there was a report of people feeding it from a car south of Lizard Creek Campground, but they never caught them. Her camp was at Flagg Ranch. They relocated it to the other side of Jackson Lake via boat. That's part of why the fine was so high, it was an extensive relocation. But she was also really stupid for leaving her trash and drinks out. The bear's now collared and may end up being killed if it repeats, and she'll be partly responsible.

Too bad they can't collar and relocate the humans.

Evidently it wasn't the first time that bear explored that campsite. One reason I prefer to avoid established sites in the backcountry.
