Canon EF-S 55-250mm

Has anyone used this lens? From what I have read it is a decent lens, not as sharp as the 70-200 obviously but @ $70 used it is tempting. You can PM if desired.

It sucks. There's a reason it's that cheap. I had one for a short while years ago when I was shooting on a crop sensor Canon.

Okay, maybe 'it sucks' is a little harsh. But it's definitely a 'you get what you pay for' kind of lens.

Canon EF 70-300mm USM IS
Now I am looking at this guy. Under $300, it seems almost too good to be true. Maybe it is. Anyone use it?
