Bikepacking the Canol Trail

The Canol Road starts in Johnson's Crossing, Yukon and turns into a trail going through the NWT to Norman Wells. A worthy endeavor if there ever was one. What he doesn't mention in the video is that he came across two older Americans stuck on the wrong side of the river, where a third one had drowned trying to cross. He saved their lives by engineering their rescue.

I've become totally infatuated with this beautiful country that seems seriously free of pesky humans. This is a really awesome video.
