Damn it, me and my big mouth......... I better start telling everyone they're the Sawtooths or someplace or else they'll become over crowded!

Oh oh oh, I got ya. I should tell some bear stories too......;)

Actually, in all seriousness I have heard of black bears around Big Sandy Lake and just last year a Grizzly was spotted along the Popo Agie River East of the Cirque near the Popo Agie Falls.
 
reserrecting an old thread...

seeing as I am just getting into backpacking more so for the back country camping aspect, I have no special training that I do. I am just planning on packing the ALICE pack and going out. Maybe in future years I will develope a training routine, till then, its pack the bag and go.
