Looking for a good place e to hike in Texas, like taking video for YouTube. I've been to Bastrop and Brazos bend state parks, any one recommend another place near the southeast area of texas?

Add:
The Trail Between the Lakes. Sam Rayburn to Toledo Bend.
Far west Texas:
Guadalupe Ridge Trail. 100 miles north south to Carlsbad Cavern.

Have you browsed the TX State Parks website? http://tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/ Open the map of locations then narrow down your options based on how far you're willing to drive. The best parks within a few hours of southeast Texas are those with a little bit of topography in the hill country west of Austin. Some of the most popular ones are Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls, Colorado Bend, and Lost Maples.

Also look at some of the national forests- many of them have trails- but I doubt they'd be interesting enough for people to want to watch a YouTube video of them.

If you're up for a longer drive, you can also go up to Arkansas for a weekend to hike in the Ouachita Mountains.
