Well I finally got permits ! I plan to call NPS a few days in advance to know what the runoff is doing. Anyway if any of you gets information about Subway doable or not in April please let me know ! Also I wonder if my wetsuit (5mm thick) would be enough or if I'd better get a jacket too.

Do you mean the log stucked under the stone ball ? We passed under the log and basically underwater (keeping only our head out of water)

ah yes, I can see it in your picture ( http://backcountrypost.com/forum/index.php?attachments/zion-subway-12-jpg.2994/ ) But we found smaller branches stacked in the log and the water was sandy and covered by leaves and small pieces of wood !
