Nice one @Outdoor_Fool! Yup taken at near the head of Stanton lake looking at my favorite of the Glacier 10,000 footers Mount Stimson. Stanton Lake blew my mind because I had no clue that Stimson could be seen from a lake in its entirety. You're up Outdoor_Fool

hehe, I am pleased with this spot, here is the final hint, in the Great Bear Wilderness, only an hour or so to get there.

the lake is not in Glacier National Park , but the mountain is, and it's a big mountain (1 of 6) You can name either the lake, mountain or general area. You guys are definitely on the right track though

Close to Mount Merritt, you are on the right track one of the most isolated of the 6

i guess another hint would be the lake is not in a national park, but the major mountains in the picture are in a national park. The tallest peak is one of six in said national park.

well, I assume it is the big high escarpment above warner valley in Sand Hollow State Park. Not sure of the name. If I'm right give it to @gnwatts

@Blake Merrell I thought it was in zion! The rock looked right, but the canyon did not look like anything I have researched or been to in the park. How have I not heard of the Celestial Canyon?!

yeah, shuttling is your biggest isssue. Some acquaintances that do a lot in the park (especially climbing) say that people tend to be okay with hitchhiking in the park, but that's more of a guess rather than an actual ride. Hope you enjoy your trip, sounds really awesome, good luck!
