I'm writing to solicit any survival stories.
For a little bit of background, I'm in the process of gathering sources and interviews for a podcast series on survival/search and rescue stories in Utah. I've already met with a few search and rescue teams, but one source of people I've had a much more difficult time finding are those who have been on the other side of the rescue. It's been difficult finding people to talk to about this topic, but if there are any among you or that you know who have gone through a survival scenario (particularly a lost or injured hiker story) I would love to hear a bit about it and perhaps even follow up with an interview by phone or by person.
